We obtain your explicit consent to send SMS messages through the following channels:
- Account Registration: During sign-up, users consent to receive SMS communications by checking the SMS consent checkbox.
- Phone Number Setup: When configuring a phone number in the dashboard, users enable SMS capabilities and agree to messaging terms.
- Two-Way Conversations: When a customer initiates an SMS conversation with a business using ReasonVoice, they consent to receive replies.
- Appointment Booking: Customers who provide their phone number during appointment booking consent to receive appointment-related SMS.

Message frequency varies by use case. You will never receive unsolicited marketing messages without your explicit consent.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ReasonVoice does not charge additional fees for SMS messages. Most unlimited mobile plans include SMS at no extra cost. Contact your carrier for details about your specific plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Simply reply to any message with one of the following keywords:
