We obtain your explicit consent to send SMS messages through the following channels:

  • Account Registration: During sign-up, users consent to receive SMS communications by checking the SMS consent checkbox.
  • Phone Number Setup: When configuring a phone number in the dashboard, users enable SMS capabilities and agree to messaging terms.
  • Two-Way Conversations: When a customer initiates an SMS conversation with a business using ReasonVoice, they consent to receive replies.
  • Appointment Booking: Customers who provide their phone number during appointment booking consent to receive appointment-related SMS.

“By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from ReasonVoice for appointment reminders, notifications, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”

3. Message Frequency
  • Appointment reminders: 1-2 messages per appointment
  • Booking confirmations: 1 message per booking
  • Customer support: Varies based on conversation
  • Service notifications: Up to 4 per month

Message frequency varies by use case. You will never receive unsolicited marketing messages without your explicit consent.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ReasonVoice does not charge additional fees for SMS messages. Most unlimited mobile plans include SMS at no extra cost. Contact your carrier for details about your specific plan.
